Time and Tide Museum, Great Yarmouth, UK

Owing to the limitations presented by museum and gallery architecture, illuminating exhibits is not always easy. Many museums and galleries are either historic and listed or simply very old, which can bring additional challenges. Most exhibits are precious and can require careful low-level lighting that shows them to their best effect and both preserves and protects them for long term enjoyment. Careful specification of quiet, safe and unobtrusive lighting equipment is needed.

Multiload Technology enables the user to illuminate collections at the perfect level, without the need to under-run lamps to compensate for broad electrical tolerances. This performance can be achieved over cable runs of up to 50m, enabling remote siting of electronics well away from the illuminated area.
