Villa Number 1 – new Palace of the Sultan of Oman

Multiload have supplied 700 VoltMaster ‘Intelligent Transformers’ for the Sultan of Oman’s new residence Villa No 1. A mixture of special 12V VoltMasters with extended cable runs and 24V standard types were used. All transformers are controllable by a Polaron lighting control system, giving a 0-10V signal to the dimmable units. The installation is now successfully installed.

Brodie and Stone needed a modern; fresh, crisp and cheerful place
to design their marketing of cosmetics and meet their clients. The stylish
bespoke coloured interior spaces needed lighting to match and add a hint of playfulness. Peter Phillipson had no hesitation with his choice of Multiload’s Dimming VoltMasters and LED Rotary Potentiometers for this exciting project.

Manor House, Cotswold
December 2007
VoltMaster from Multiload was the perfect choice for designer Ben Pearce-Higgins in his redesign of the entire lighting scheme in this Cotswold Manor House. The existing new architect-designed lighting in this refurbished house failed to take account of the client’s requirements. As the client had no means of evaluating the scheme which he was being sold, the result was a gloomy under lit interior with poorly sited fittings. The essential feature of this house was the collection of paintings and sculptures, which were in darkness, and the retention of chandeliers, which had been purchased from the previous owner, was unsuitable and ineffective. As VoltMaster can be sited remotely it enabled Ben Pearce-Higgins to take full advantage of the two well finished loft spaces.
