The Cabinet Moodmaker includes all the incoming and outgoing electrical protection which is normally fitted, at extra cost, by the electrical contractor. This greatly reduces installation time, allowing the electrician to concentrate solely on cabling.
6, 12, and 18-channel lighting control cabinets are available as standard, incorporating 1, 2, or 3 MoodMaker Set-up Units respectively. They also incorporate incoming (RCD) and outgoing (MCB) electrical protection, output for emergency lighting, and 10A switching relays for each channel.
Set-up unit(s) are normally positioned inside the cabinet, but for set-up procedure can be removed and plugged into an extended connector to allow moods to be selected within the illuminated area.
Up to four Scene Select wallplates can be wired to each MoodMaker Cabinet, allowing multiple control positions around the room.
MoodMaker Set-up Unit allows simple manual operation and adjustment for:
Light levels. The light level for each mood is set up on its own finger-adjustable preset, with an LED lit above the adjusters column to show the mood selected on the wallplate.
Fade times. Three adjusters set the fade times between moods, plus full on and off. These can be set from 1–60 seconds.
Scene Select wallplate LEDs brightness. The brightness or intensity of the LEDs on the wallplate(s) can be set using two adjusters inside the Master Set-up Unit.
